About Me

LeRoy Consulting is wholly owned and operated by Benjamin LeRoy. I am a A/V integration specialist focusing on Media Streaming Technologies, digital editing workflows, digital media publishing. I am a VBrick Certified Network Engineer supporting VBrick Systems Inc. systems integration and media distribution. As the Network/Systems Engineer for Multimedia for Minneapolis Public Schools I have experience deploying Vbrick hardware and software solutions on a large scale including LAN, WAN, and Internet streaming scenarios. Through my previous employment with Apple I bring in-depth knowledge of the Apple and iOS streaming technologies and the unique challenges they bring to the corporate environment. I also maintain Apple Technical Coordinator and Apple Repair Technician certifications with Apple on an annual basis. I am available on a as needed basis to consult on media events, please contact me with my current rates for a quote.

I also am a freelance Professional Horn Player living in the Twin Cities Area.  I studied Horn at Gustavus Adolphus College with Mr. David Schultz and received my Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2002.  I studied for my Masters at Minnesota State University, Mankato under both Kevin Welch and Matt Wilson.  I have been a section member of Mankato Symphony Orchestra since 2004 and was featured alongside 'cellist Anthony Ross in 2007 for Shostakovich's 'Cello Concerto.  From 2006-2008 I served as adjunct Horn faculty at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.

I currently live in Plymouth, MN and play in several community ensembles as well as continued work with the Mankato Symphony Orchestra.  I am available for professional engagements as a solo or ensemble player with experience in all musical styles.  Please contact me through the website and I will respond about any bookings you may be interested in.
